ABOUT NORTHPOINT
About Northpoint Recovery Coaching
Not all support feels helpful — even when
everything is in place.
Northpoint exists to bring structure. consistency, and practical
implementation to the supports that are meant to help.
My role is to bridge the gap between plans and real life —
so progress becomes possible.
My Background
My path into recovery coaching hasn’t been linear —
and that’s part of what shapes how I work.
I originally studied psychology in my twenties, with a strong
interest in understanding people, behaviour, and how change
actually happens.
From there, I built and led businesses — including running an
ESL school in Europe, where I was responsible for coordination,
structure, and team leadership.
This is where recovery coaching provides structure.
I combine understanding
people with practical systems
— so everyday life becomes
more manageable.
My Approach
My work is structured, practical, and highly individual.
I build systems around how each person actually thinks, feels. and lives.
What I Believe
Change happens through clarity, consistency, and small, realistic steps.
When the right structure is in lace,
people can move forward — even
if it hasn’t felt possible before.
My Role
I focus on implementation.
I support participants to understand their plans, build daily systems, and develop the skills needed for greater ndependence.
I work alongside support teams to ensure strategies are practical, consistent, and realistic.
